Dr. Bradley Waggoner is originally from Waco, Texas. He graduated with honors from Texas Tech University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry.

In addition, he received his doctor of medicine degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He spent the first two years of training in Lubbock, Texas and the final two years were completed in El Paso, Texas where he helped serve in an indigent and needy population.

Dr. Waggoner then proceeded to complete five years of general surgery residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He also trained in advanced Laparoscopic surgery at this time. He also performs Laparoscopic Colorectal surgery, Laparoscopic Reflux surgery, and Laparoscopic Bariatric surgery.

Since finishing general surgery training, Dr. Waggoner has completed post graduate training in Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass surgery in San Francisco, California, Laparoscopic Colorectal surgery in Dallas, Texas, and Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Banding training at New York University.

Dr. Waggoner is currently practicing at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center, Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, Journey Lite of Houston, and North Cypress Medical Center where his office is located. Dr. Waggoner is a very experienced advanced laparoscopic surgeon who is now focusing the majority of his practice toward laparoscopic bariatric surgery and specifically to the LAP-BAND® System.
